I’ve always been proactive about my health, fitness and wellbeing , which laid the foundation for who I am today. At the age of 52, I’m living my happiest, healthiest life and I looking forward to maintaining this lifestyle as I age.
That said, like most peri-menopausal women, I was facing the same ageing issues, wrinkles, sagging, love handles, weight gain, mood changes and eventually menopause. I knew it was important to take action, and I did. Today I don’t suffer through many of those “unwanted” changes to my ageing body, because life at times can be hard enough.
