I’ve always been proactive about my health, fitness and wellbeing , which laid the foundation for who I am today. At the age of 52, I’m living my happiest, healthiest life, and looking forward to maintaining a positive, ageing future. That said, like most women, I’m facing problems as I age, wrinkles, body skin sagging, love handles, weight gain , peri-menopause, and eventually menopause. As a peri-menopausal woman, I knew it was important to take action, and not just suffer through these “unwanted” changes to my body, because life at times can be hard enough.
Here, I openly and honestly share what I‘ve done to feel and look good as I age.

I have never ‘embraced my age’ nor am I ‘ageing gracefully’, those sayings are so dated. I prefer to embrace how good I feel and look as the years pass, making my age just a number!
