I agree organic food is expensive, however you can afford it if you shop wisely.
I have a variety of organic outlets where I buy my groceries; my favourite is our local weekend organic market. Shop for bargains at these organic markets on the weekends near closing, as that’s when the discounts really come out!
During the week I shop organic at the larger super markets, as this savvy organic shopper has found that they offer fantastic discounted organic buys. It’s definitely made buying organic more convenient and cheaper for me.
Throughout these stores I always find a variety of specials and discounts on fresh fruit, vegetables and meats. When the organic produce is discounted it can even be cheaper than the other food counterpart!
So there you have it, even though I agree that organic is too pricey, if you shop wisely you will find the bargains and enjoy the many health benefits and taste sensations that eating organic brings to your table.
I shop at the big three Coles, Woolworths and Aldi.
