I’ve always been proactive about my health, fitness and wellbeing, which laid the foundation for who I am today. At the age of fifty – three I am living my happiest, healthiest life where my age is just a number.

That said, from around the age of thirty- five we begin to face the same ageing issues, wrinkles, sagging, love handles, weight gain, mood changes, peri- menopause and later menopause. Our bodies are changing, and not in a positive way. I knew it was important to take action sooner than later. So in my peri-menopause years I set upon my journey to find solutions that either lessen the impact, or avoid the negative symptoms of ageing.
