Keep Life Simple website is your go-to resource for ageing with health and living a life full of vitality in peri-menopause and menopause; consider it your fountain of youth juice. Fitness has been my life, and now through Keep Life Simple I have positively improved the way that many women age too.
I’ve always been proactive about my health, fitness and wellbeing, which laid the foundation for who I am today. At the age of 53 I am living my happiest, healthiest life where my age is just a number. That said, like most peri-menopausal women, I was facing the same ageing issues, wrinkles, sagging, love handles, weight gain, mood changes and eventually menopause. My body was changing, and it wasn’t in a good way. I knew it was important to take action sooner than later. So I set upon my journey to find solutions that either lessen the impact or avoid the negative symptoms of ageing.
