I like to ‘ keep it real ‘ from the start, so I’m going to tell you a never fail truth. Personal fitness training only works if you are:
1. Consistent with your workout routine. Minimum twice a week.
2. Eat healthy nutrient rich foods.
3. Take professional quality supplements, if needed.
